PE Wax
Polyethylene wax (PE Wax) is a white pastille that acts as a nonpolar and colorless lubricant. It is an external lubricant that has mold-releasing properties. It can be used with both rigid and plasticized PVC applications. It offers a high melting and softening point, excellent lubrication, low viscosity, excellent heat resistance, and thermal stability, high hardness level, excellent chemical resistance, and excellent compatibility with other waxes.
Benefits:
-
PE wax serves as a dependable and superior component in final formulations, enhancing both the physical appearance and thermal characteristics of the product consistently.
-
The inclusion of PE wax results in a reduction of friction and a concurrent increase in extrusion capacity.
-
PE wax exhibits notable resistance to oxidation, further contributing to its advantageous properties.
